Archive an Assessment

Archiving an assessment removes it from the active assessment list while retaining its content and learner data for future reference.

Archive an Assessment

1. On the Courses page, locate the assessment you want to archive.
2. Select the More (three dots) menu on the assessment tile.
3. Select Archive.
4. In the Please Take a Moment… confirmation window, select Yes.

The assessment is moved to the Archived status.

View Archived Assessments

1. On the Courses page, open the Status drop-down menu.
2. Select Archived.

The archived assessments are displayed in the list.

Note: Only Reports and Delete actions are available for archived assessments.

Restore an Archived Assessment

1. In the Archived list, locate the assessment you want to restore.
2. Select the More (three dots) menu on the assessment tile.
3. Select Restore.
4. In the Please Take a Moment… confirmation window, select Yes.

The assessment is restored and appears in the active course tile view.
