My Learning Analytics
My Learning Analytics provides an overview of your learning activities and progress in KREDO. It helps you track assigned courses, learning paths, resources, achievements, and skill development.
Explore the Manager Dashboard
The Manager Dashboard includes a sidebar and a top navigation bar to help you access learning activities and management features.
Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar provides access to the following sections:
- Users: Access user information.
- Groups: View and manage user groups.
- Courses: Access available courses.
- Learning Paths: View assigned learning paths.
- Discussions: Access discussion activities.
- Reports: View available reports.
- Achievements: Access learning achievements.
Top Navigation Bar
The top navigation bar provides quick access to the following options:
- My Points: View points earned through learning activities.
- Calendar: Access calendar events and scheduled activities.
- Announcements: View announcements.
- Notifications: Check notifications and updates.
- Menu: Access additional features.
- Profile: View profile details and account options.
Learning Overview
The Learning Overview displays summary information across four categories:
- Courses: View assigned, completed, and in-progress courses.
- Learning Paths: Track assigned learning paths and completion progress.
- Resources: Access available learning resources.
- Achievements: View earned badges and certificates.
Select a learning asset to open it and continue learning, where available.
Assigned Courses
The Assigned Courses section lists courses, assessments, and SCORM packages assigned to you, along with their status and available progress information.
Common statuses include:
- Not Started: You have not started the learning activity.
- In Progress: You have started but not completed the activity.
- Overdue: The learning activity has passed its due date without completion.
- Completed: You have completed the learning activity.

Assigned Learning Paths
The Assigned Learning Paths section displays learning paths assigned to you and the progress of their associated learning assets.
Each entry may display the learning path title, completion status, and associated content. Some learning paths require manager approval before enrollment.
The section also provides an overall completion summary for learning assets within a learning path.
Skill Overview
The Skill Overview section helps you review your skills and identify opportunities for development.
Skill Gap Analysis
Skill Gap Analysis helps identify skills that may need improvement based on expected skill levels.
- Select View Skills to access available skill information.
Open Courses
The Open Courses section displays courses available for self-enrollment.
Each entry provides information about the course and its learning details. Select Self Enroll to enroll in a course, where permitted.
Open Learning Paths
The Open Learning Paths section displays learning paths available for enrollment.
Each entry may display the learning path title, number of contents, points, and enrollment options.
Depending on the learning path configuration, enrollment may be available through Self Enroll or may require Manager Approval.
Memory Booster
The Memory Booster section displays learning activities that help reinforce previously learned concepts.
A Visited status indicates that you have accessed the relevant learning activity. Available activities may include courses and web links.
Resources
The Resources section provides access to learning resources available to you in KREDO. Depending on the resource and its configuration, you can access the content and track your reading progress.
Achievements
The Achievements section displays your learning accomplishments, including badges and certificates earned through KREDO.
