Announcements

The Announcements feature displays messages related to learning activities and important organizational updates. Learners can view announcements, access attached documents, and review reinforcement content when applicable.

Accessing Announcements

1. Select the Announcements icon to open the announcements page.
2. Review the list of available announcements.
3. To view an announcement and access its attached documents, click View under the Actions column.
4. Review the announcement details and open any available attachments.

Viewing Reinforcement Cards

When the Content Creation and Video Generation toggle is enabled under Assessment → General Options, reinforcement cards are displayed on the Learner Dashboard and in the Announcements section when a learner does not pass an assessment section.

Reinforcement assessments and announcements are displayed together in a unified card on both the Learner Dashboard and the Announcements page.

Managing Reinforcement Cards

1. Select a reinforcement card to expand it and view its content in a more readable format.
2. Use the left and right navigation buttons to move between reinforcement cards.
3. Click the eye icon to mark a reinforcement card as read.
4. Click the X icon to close a reinforcement card.
5. If videos are included in the assessment content, select the video to view it in an expanded display.

Once all reinforcement content has been read, learners can use the X icon to close the cards displayed on the dashboard.
