Admin

Dashboard

Learn how to use the KREDO Admin Dashboard to monitor users, groups, learning activity, discussions, and reports.

Admins have access to more features and controls than Managers, Authors, and Learners.

After signing in, Admins are taken to the Admin Dashboard, which provides an overview of learning activity across the organization. From the dashboard, Admins can monitor users, user groups, courses, learning hours, learner activity, discussions, and system logs.

Users Activity

The Users Activity section shows the number of users who logged in on a particular day.

The count represents the number of unique users who logged in on that day.

For example:

  • If User A logs in three times on March 1, the count for that day is 1.
  • If User B also logs in on March 1, the count becomes 2.

This helps Admins understand daily user engagement without counting multiple logins from the same user.
