This release continues the V3 enhancements to KREDO LXP, with updates to Assessment Reports, Learning Path Reports, and assessment template management. It also includes a fix to audio playback in AI-generated courses.

V3.0.0 – Feature Enhancements

1. Assessment Report – View More Option

A confirmation message now appears when an admin updates the configuration of an assessment that learners have already completed.

This helps admins understand the impact of configuration changes on existing assessment results and reports.

When the Confirmation Message Appears

The confirmation message appears when an admin updates any of the following settings:

  • Randomization
  • Pooling: Applies when a Question Bank is available.
  • Authoring page template changes: Adding, deleting, or editing assessment templates.

Confirmation Message

The following message appears before the admin saves the changes:

This assessment has already been completed by users. Updating its configuration may affect existing results and reports. We recommend exporting the current assessment report before saving your changes. The “View More” reports will no longer be available after these changes are saved. Do you want to proceed with saving these changes?

To access the report:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Learning Path Reports.
  2. Open the Select Type dropdown.

Report Details

The Content Activity Report provides activity details at the individual content level.

The report includes:

  • Content Name: Name of the content item.

  • Time Spent: Time spent on the content.
  • Completion Status: Completion status of the content.

The report also provides Filter and Export options to help admins review and download the required information.

3. Welcome Template Restrictions in Assessments

The default Welcome Template, positioned at the 0th place in an assessment, is now protected from deletion and movement.

This restriction helps maintain assessment reporting consistency.

Default Welcome Template Restrictions

  • The default Welcome Template cannot be deleted.
  • The default Welcome Template cannot be moved to another position within an assessment.
  • If an admin attempts to delete or move the template, an attention message appears.

The message displayed is:

The Welcome page cannot be deleted or moved within an assessment because it may affect reporting.

Edit and Duplicate Options

The default Welcome Template supports the following options:

  • Edit: Admins can edit the Welcome Template and choose from different types of Welcome Templates for assessments.
  • Duplicate: Admins can create a copy of the Welcome Template.

When editing the Welcome Template, admins can select and apply a different Welcome Template type to the assessment.

Deleting Welcome Templates

Only duplicated Welcome Templates can be deleted. The original default Welcome Template remains available in the assessment.

Bug Fix

Audio in AI Course Welcome Pages and Question Templates

In AI-generated courses, the audio option was previously not applied to the Welcome Page and Question Templates.

This issue has been fixed. Audio now works correctly for both templates when the audio option is enabled.
