My Profile

The My Profile section allows learners to manage their personal information, customize language preferences, and view achievements earned on the platform. This section is common to all four user roles, so the procedure for accessing profile settings is the same across roles.

Profile

Learners can update their personal details, change their password, and upload a profile picture.

Update Profile Details

1. Click the Profile icon displaying your initials.
2. Select Profile from the drop-down menu.
3. Update the required personal information.
4. Click Update Profile to save the changes.

Change Password

1. Open the Profile page.
2. Update your password details.
3. Click Update Password to save the new password.

Upload a Profile Picture

1. Open the Profile page.
2. Click the camera icon.
3. Select the desired picture from your device.
4. Click Open to upload the picture.

Achievements

The Achievements section allows learners to view badges and certificates earned through their learning activities.

View Badges

1. Click the arrow next to your Profile icon.
2. Select Achievements.
3. The My Achievements page opens, displaying the My Badges section by default.
4. Review the badges earned based on the points accumulated through various activities.
5. To learn how to earn points, refer to the Leaderboard page.

Share a Badge

1. Hover over the badge you want to share.
2. Click the share icon in the top-right corner of the badge.
3. Select the preferred social media platform to share the badge.

Badges can be shared on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

View Certificates

1. On the My Achievements page, select My Certificates.
2. Review the list of certificates you have earned.

Download a Certificate

1. Hover over the certificate you want to download.
2. Click the download icon at the bottom-right corner of the certificate.
3. Select your preferred format from the available options.
4. Click Done to download the certificate.

Change Language

Learners can customize their learning experience by selecting their preferred language from the Change Language drop-down list. KREDO provides 43 languages to choose from.

Update the Platform Language

1. Click your Profile icon displaying your initials.
2. Select Change Language from the drop-down menu.
3. Click the Change Language option to view the available languages.
4. Select your preferred language from the list of 43 available languages.
5. Click Select to apply the language.

The platform interface will switch to the selected language.

Switch Back to English

1. Open Change Language from the profile menu.
2. Select English from the available languages.
3. Click Select to apply the change.

Sign Out

The Sign Out option allows learners to securely log out of their KREDO account.

Sign Out of KREDO

1. Click your Profile icon displaying your initials.
2. Select Sign Out from the drop-down menu.
3. You will be logged out of KREDO and redirected to the login page.
