Create a Learning Path to combine learning assets into a structured learning journey for learners.

Create a Learning Path

1. From the Admin Dashboard, select Learning Paths.
   By default, the All view displays all available Learning Paths.

   Note: If no Learning Paths have been created, No Learning Path(s) found! is displayed.

2. Select + Create Learning Path.
3. Enter the Learning Path details:
   • Name* — Enter the name of the Learning Path.
   • Description* — Enter a description of the Learning Path.

   Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

4. In Category, select the relevant category for the Learning Path.

   Note: Categories must be created before they can be selected for a Learning Path.

5. In Prerequisite, select the required prerequisite.
   A prerequisite is a condition that learners must complete before they can access or start the next course or Learning Path.
6. In Proficiency, select the appropriate level:
   • Beginner
   • Intermediate
   • Advanced
7. In Skills, select the skills required to complete the Learning Path.
8. Enable Include LEAP (Learning Essentials Achievement Program) courses by Learner if you want to include LEAP courses for learners.
9. Enable Forced Navigation to ensure learners complete each learning asset sequentially without skipping content.
10. Enable Certificate if you want to award a certificate when learners complete the Learning Path.
    • Select the relevant certificate.
    • If you need to create a new certificate, create it from the Certificate settings.
    • After completing the Learning Path, learners can view the certificate under Achievements > My Certificates.
11. To add a thumbnail, select Choose File.
    • Browse to the location of the Learning Path image.
    • Select the image.
    • Select Open.
12. Select Create.
13. A success message confirms that the Learning Path has been created.
14. The new Learning Path appears in the Learning Paths list.
    The Learning Assets and Users counts for the newly created Learning Path are initially displayed as 0.
    If Include LEAP courses by Learner is enabled, the Learning Assets count displays 1 or more, depending on the available LEAP courses.
