Classroom Filters

The AND/OR Filters allow you to refine search results by applying multiple criteria. These filters can be applied to fields such as First Name, Joined, Last Login, Gender, Number, Supervisor Code, DOB, and other available fields.

AND Filter

The AND filter displays records that meet all the selected conditions.

Example:

• First Name = John AND Last Login = 2024-01-01
  Displays users named John whose last login date was January 1, 2024.
• Gender = Male AND Joined Date = 2023-06-15
  Displays only male users who joined on June 15, 2023.

OR Filter

The OR filter displays records that meet at least one of the selected conditions.

Example:

• Supervisor Code = S123 OR Supervisor Code = S456
  Displays users assigned to either Supervisor S123 or Supervisor S456.
• DOB = 1990-05-10 OR DOB = 1995-08-20
  Displays users whose date of birth is either May 10, 1990, or August 20, 1995.

Combining AND and OR Filters

You can combine AND and OR conditions to create more specific search criteria.

Example:

Users who joined on June 15, 2023 AND have Supervisor Code S123, OR users who last logged in on January 1, 2024.

After selecting the required filter criteria, click Apply to display the matching results.

Tip: Use AND when all conditions must be satisfied and OR when any one of the conditions can be satisfied.
