Switching Email Notifications On/Off
Enable or disable email notification triggers for different activities in KREDO.
Administrators can enable or disable email notifications for specific activities based on business requirements.
Email notifications are organized into four categories:
- Key Features
- User Settings
- Authoring
- General Settings
Each category includes General, Email, and Manager CC columns.
To enable or disable an email notification:
- Go to Menu > Email Templates.
- Select the required category.
- Locate the email notification you want to configure.
- Under the Email column, check the current toggle status.
- Switch the toggle On to enable the notification or Off to disable it.
- The change is saved automatically.
- Repeat the same process for other email notification triggers as required.
For example, when New Virtual Meeting Invite is enabled, learners receive an email notification when a new virtual meeting is created and published. When the notification is disabled, learners do not receive the email.
Manager CC
The Manager CC column allows administrators to enable or disable automatically copying a manager on applicable emails.
When enabled, the system checks the following order:
- Reporting Manager
- Group Manager
- If neither is assigned, no manager is added to the CC field.
Column Definitions

| General | Displays the name or category of the email template, such as a reminder or notification. |
| Provides a toggle to enable or disable the email notification. | |
| Manager CC | Provides a toggle to enable or disable copying a manager on the email. When enabled, the system checks the Reporting Manager first, followed by the Group Manager. |
