Filters - Reels
Use AND/OR Filters to refine the list of users based on multiple criteria, such as First Name, Joined, Last Login, Reporting Manager, and DOJ.
AND Filter
The AND filter displays records that meet all selected conditions.
Example: If you select First Name = "John" AND Joined = "2023", the results display users named John who joined in 2023.
You can also combine different fields, such as Last Login = "Last 7 days" AND Reporting Manager = "David Smith", to display users who meet both conditions.
OR Filter
The OR filter displays records that meet at least one of the selected conditions.
Example: If you select First Name = "John" OR First Name = "Sarah", the results display users named either John or Sarah.
You can also combine different fields, such as Joined = "2022" OR Last Login = "Last 30 days", to display users who meet either condition.
Combining AND and OR Filters
Combine AND and OR conditions to create more specific filter criteria.
Example: If you select:
(First Name = "John" AND Joined = "2023") OR (Last Login = "Last 7 days" AND Reporting Manager = "David Smith")
The results display users who either:
- Are named John and joined in 2023, or
- Logged in within the last 7 days and report to David Smith.
After setting the required filters, click Apply to view the refined results.
