Certificates
It is important to recognize learners for their efforts in completing learning programs, whether they are required by clients or their organizations. KREDO's Certificate Management feature allows you to create and manage certificates to recognize these achievements.
You can design certificates using uploaded assets such as logos, background images, signatures, and badges. For greater customization, you can also use custom HTML to create unique certificate designs.
KREDO allows you to create multiple certificates for different types of learning programs and set expiration periods for time-bound certifications.
Certificates can be associated with the successful completion of:
- KREDO-authored courses
- Assessments
- SCORM packages
- Classroom sessions
- Virtual meetings
- Roleplay Assignments
- Learning Paths
- Assignments
You can also configure logical pass/fail criteria for courses and assessments. Based on the configured criteria, certificates are automatically awarded upon successful completion.
Once earned, learners can share their certificates directly on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create Certificates Overview
Create certificates using existing templates and associate them with learning assets such as courses and learning paths. Learners earn the associated certificates after successfully completing the assigned assets.
The certificate interface uses a card view that displays the total number of certificates and provides counts for Active, Draft, Default, and Custom certificates.
The key certificate information is described below:
- Total Certificates: Displays the total number of certificates created by the admin, including active and draft certificates.
- Active: Displays certificates that are currently assigned to and in use with learning assets.
- Draft: Displays certificates that are being created or edited but have not yet been assigned to any learning assets.
- Default: Displays professionally designed certificate templates provided by the platform.
- Custom: Displays certificates created by users to meet their specific requirements.
