Types of Survey Questions

KREDO supports multiple survey question types to help collect different types of learner responses.

General

Single Choice

1. Enter the required text in the Question Text, Option 1, and Option 2 fields.
2. Modify the default text as required.
3. To add more options, click Add Options.
4. To delete the question, hover over the three-dot menu and click Delete.

Note: The question text and options can be modified for all applicable question types.

Multiple Choice

1. Enter the required text in the Question Text, Option 1, and Option 2 fields.
2. Modify the default text as required.
3. To add more options, click Add Options.

Comment Box

Enter the required text in the Question Text field.

Video Feedback

Enter the required text in the Question Text field.

Graphical Rating

Star Rating

1. Enter the required text in the Question Text, Row 1, and Row 2 fields.
2. To add more rows, click Add Row.

Smiley Rating

Enter the required text in the Question Text field.

Basic Matrix

Multi-Point Scales

1. Enter the required text in the Question Text, Column 1, Column 2, Row 1, and Row 2 fields.
2. To add more rows, click Add Row.
3. To add more columns, click Add Column.
