Viewing Surveys Analytics

Understand and analyze the survey responses provided by learners.

This option is enabled only when a learner submits their response to the survey. To learn more, follow the instructions given below.

View Survey Analytics

1. Once the learner submits their responses to the survey, the View Analytics option is enabled next to the Unpublish tab under the General option.
   • This option only appears once the user to whom this survey has been assigned completes and submits the survey.
2. To view the user completion details, click the View Learners option.
3. The subsequent page shows the consolidated outcome of all the answers given for every question under that survey as submitted by every user who completed that survey.
