Rewards

The Rewards feature allows learners to redeem earned points for available rewards, adding a gamified element to the learning experience.

Access Rewards

1. From the Dashboard, open Menu.
2. Select Rewards.

The Rewards page displays the available rewards and the learner's points balance.

Understand Reward Points

The Rewards page displays the following details:

• Available Points: Displays the cumulative points earned by the learner that are available for redemption.
• Redeemed Points: Displays the points that have already been used to redeem rewards.

Redeem a Reward

1. On the Rewards page, locate the reward you want to redeem.
2. Check the points required for the reward and ensure you have sufficient available points.
3. Click the corresponding Redeem Rewards button.
4. In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes to proceed with the redemption.
5. A success message confirms that the reward has been redeemed successfully.

After redemption, the Available Points and Redeemed Points balances are updated accordingly.

Note: Learners can redeem multiple rewards, subject to their available points and the platform's redemption limit of 1,000 points.
