Organizational Calendar
The Organizational Calendar provides a centralized view of events and activities across the organization. It is accessible to Authors, Managers, and Learners, helping users stay informed about scheduled learning activities.
The organizational calendar displays two types of events:
- Classrooms
- Virtual Meetings
Accessing the Organizational Calendar
- Select the Calendar icon to open the calendar.
- By default, the Personal Calendar is displayed.
- Select Organizational to switch to the organizational calendar.
- View the scheduled classroom events and virtual meetings.
Identifying Calendar Events
The organizational calendar uses different colors to distinguish between Classroom events and Virtual Meeting events. Use the color indicators to identify each event type.
