Classroom Filters

Use AND/OR Filters to refine search results based on criteria such as Unique Code, Status, and Date.

AND Filter

The AND filter returns records only when all specified conditions are met.

Examples:

• Unique Code = UC123 AND Status = Published: Returns records with the unique code UC123 and the status Published.
• Status = Edited AND Date = 2024-01-01: Returns records with the status Edited and the date 2024-01-01.

OR Filter

The OR filter returns records when at least one of the specified conditions is met.

Examples:

• Unique Code = UC123 OR Unique Code = UC456: Returns records with either unique code.
• Status = Draft OR Status = Closed: Returns records with either the Draft or Closed status.

Combining AND and OR Filters

Combine AND and OR conditions to refine search results further.

Example:

Status = Published AND Date = 2024-01-01 OR Unique Code = UC789

This condition returns records that are published and dated January 1, 2024, or records with the unique code UC789.

After setting the required filter criteria, select Apply to display the matching results.
