Filter Options in Custom Reports

The AND/OR Filters option allows you to refine the Custom Reports list based on the Created On date. You can apply individual conditions or combine multiple conditions to narrow the results.

Apply Filters

1. Open the Custom Reports section.
2. Click Filters.
3. Select Created On from the AND/OR filter options.
4. Specify the required dates and conditions.

AND Filter

The AND filter displays records that meet all selected conditions.

Example: Created On = January 1, 2024 AND Created On = January 5, 2024

This example combines two creation-date conditions. Whether a report can satisfy both conditions depends on how the platform evaluates the selected filters.

OR Filter

The OR filter displays records that meet at least one selected condition.

Example: Created On = January 1, 2024 OR Created On = January 5, 2024

This displays reports created on either January 1 or January 5, 2024.

Combine AND and OR Filters

You can combine AND and OR conditions to refine the results further.

Example: Created On = January 1, 2024 OR Created On = January 5, 2024 AND Created On is before January 10, 2024

This combines specific creation dates with an additional date condition. The results depend on how the platform groups and evaluates the combined conditions.

5. Click Apply to display the filtered results.
