Overview Report - Export and Filter Options

The Filter and Export options in the Reports Overview help Managers view report data for a specific period and download reports for further review.

These options are available in the following Overview sections:

• User Summary
• Content Summary
• Engagement Summary
• Course Summary
• Learning Path Summary

Filter Report Data

Use the Date Filter to display report data for a selected period. By default, the filter displays Last 31 Days.

Apply a Date Filter

1. Navigate to Reports and open the Overview section.
2. Locate the required summary category.
3. Click the date filter displaying Last 31 Days.
4. Select the required date range from the available options:

   Date Range	Description
   All	Displays the complete recorded activity history without date restrictions.
   Today	Displays activity recorded on the current day.
   Last 31 Days	Displays activity for the previous 31-day period relative to the selected date.
   This Year	Displays activity from the beginning of the current calendar year up to the selected date.
   Custom	Allows you to specify a start date and an end date.

5. If you select Custom, choose the required start and end dates from the calendar.
6. Click Apply to apply the selected date range.

The report updates to display data for the selected period.

Example: To view activity for February 1–28, select Custom, specify the dates, and click Apply.

Export a Report

You can export the data displayed in each Overview summary as a PDF file.

Download a Report

1. Open the required summary category in the Overview section.
2. Apply a date filter if you want to export data for a specific period.
3. Click the Export icon.
4. The report is automatically downloaded in PDF format.

• Content Summary
• Engagement Summary
• Course Summary
• Learning Path Summary
