Points

Configuring Points

Administrators can configure points for various learning activities and achievements, such as course completion, learning path completion, resource completion, discussions, and certificates.

Configure Points

1. Under Menu, click Settings.
2. Click Points.
3. Use the increment (▲) and decrement (▼) arrows in each field to set the required point value for the following activities:
   • Each course completion
   • Receiving 10 likes for a discussion
   • Completing a course before its due date
   • Enrolling in an open course
   • Each learning path completion
   • Enrolling in an open learning path
   • Earning a certificate
   • Submitting an assignment
   • Adding a comment to a discussion
   • Attending a classroom session
   • Completing a resource
   • Enrolling in an open resource
   • Completing a survey
   • Liking a course
   • Winning a badge
   • Creating a new discussion thread
   • Completing catalog courses
4. After configuring the required point values, click Save.
5. A success message confirms that the points have been updated successfully.

Note: The Save button becomes active when changes are made to the point values.
