Content Hub
Content Hub gives learners access to a wider range of learning resources that can support their skills, day-to-day operational tasks, career growth, and functional or technical learning needs.
Once courses are added, learners can access the content based on their department policies. If the option is enabled for an assigned learning path, learners can add available courses to the learning path or access the courses independently.
Learners complete the selected course on the provider's page. Once the course is completed, learners must upload the completion details and submit a reimbursement request for courses paid for by the learner.
To learn more about Filters in Content Hub, see Content Hub Filters.
LEAP
LEAP provides learners with access to additional learning opportunities that can support organizational learning and development.
This feature is available only when it is enabled for your organization.
To improve accessibility, consider featuring the LEAP section on the Learner Dashboard. You can do this by adding the section to the Customized Dashboard under User Group Branding.
To learn more about managing LEAP courses, see Managing LEAP Courses.
External Content
In addition to LEAP, KREDO provides External Content, which allows you to direct learners to external articles or videos.
External Content provides a focused way to share:
- Article links
- Video links
- Free learning resources
- Industry-specific content
- Content created by industry experts
To learn more about managing External Content, see Managing External Content.
Note: Both LEAP and External Content can be included in learning paths.
Article
The Article feature allows admins to share structured, text-based content with learners.
Articles can be used to provide:
- Information
- Guidelines
- Explanations
- Topic-specific learning content
Articles can also be included in learning paths to support the learning process.
To learn more about managing Articles, see Creating Articles.
AI Trainer Hub
The AI Trainer Hub allows administrators to upload and manage learning materials for learners.

- .PPT
- .PPTX
Once the documents are uploaded, learners can interact with KREDO AI to retrieve information directly from the uploaded content.
Administrators can also:
- View uploaded documents
- Manage learning materials
- Delete documents when they are no longer required
This provides a streamlined way to manage learning content and helps enhance the learning experience.
