External Content allows admins to provide learners with access to learning resources hosted outside KREDO. Admins can add links to external articles and videos and make them available to learners through the platform.
External Content can be used to share:
- Articles and knowledge resources
- Videos and other learning materials
- Free learning resources
- Industry-specific content
- Content created by industry experts
External Content provides a focused way to direct learners to relevant resources without uploading the actual learning material to KREDO.
Managing External Content
Admins can perform the following actions to manage External Content:
- Adding External Content
- Editing External Content
- Deleting External Content
- Publishing External Content
- Unpublishing External Content
- Viewing External Content Report
Adding External Content
Add external learning resources by providing the required details, such as the content name, content type, and external URL.
Editing External Content
Update the details of existing external content when changes are required.
Deleting External Content
Delete external content that is no longer required or should no longer be available to learners.
