Creating Notifications

Create notifications to send reminders, alerts, and important updates about learning activities to users in KREDO.

Create notifications to inform users about learning journeys, learning tasks, reminders, alerts, and other important updates.

Create a Notification

Under Menu, click Notifications.
Click Create Notification.
In the Create Notification page, enter the required details:
- Title – Enter the title of the notification.
- Message – Enter the message to be displayed to users.
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Click Create.
A success message appears confirming that the notification has been successfully created.
The newly created notification appears in the Notifications list.
The notification Status is displayed as Draft until it is published.

Multiple Learning Assets & Multiple Users

Assign multiple learning assets to multiple users at the same time in KREDO.

Deleting Notifications

Delete existing notifications that are no longer required in KREDO.
