Bulk Uploading Job Levels

Administrators can create multiple job levels at once using the Bulk Upload option.

Bulk Upload Job Levels

1. Under Menu, click Settings.
2. Click Job Hierarchy.
3. Click Job Level.
4. Click Bulk Upload.
5. Click Download Sample Format to download the Excel template.
6. Enter the required job level details in the downloaded template.
7. Save the completed file in the supported Excel format.
8. In the Bulk Upload window, click Choose File.
9. Select the completed Excel file.
10. Click the appropriate upload option to import the job levels.
11. The uploaded job levels appear in the Job Level list.

Note: Use the Excel format specified in the Bulk Upload window.

Download Sample Format

Use Download Sample Format to download the Excel template required for bulk uploading job levels.
