Customize Dashboard
Customize the learner dashboard by selecting, arranging, and organizing the sections displayed based on learning requirements.
Administrators can customize the learner dashboard by selecting the sections to display and arranging them in the required order. This allows the dashboard view to be tailored to different learning requirements.
Customize the Dashboard
- Under Menu, click Settings.
- Click Customize Dashboard.
- The Customize Dashboard page displays two areas:
- Sections – Contains the available dashboard sections.
- Dashboard Preview – Displays the sections selected for the learner dashboard.
- In the Sections column, scroll to view the available dashboard sections:
- LEAP (Learning Excellence Acceleration Program)
- Assigned Courses
- Assigned Learning Paths
- Recommended Courses
- Open Courses
- Open Learning Paths
- Memory Booster
- Resources
- Upcoming Activities
- My Discussions
- Catalog Courses
- Drag and drop the required sections from Sections to Dashboard Preview.
- Rearrange the sections in Dashboard Preview to define the order in which they appear on the learner dashboard.
- Click Save.
- In the Please take a moment pop-up, choose how the changes should be applied:
- All Groups – Applies the dashboard configuration across the organization.
- Exclude Groups – Applies the configuration while excluding selected groups.
- Cancel – Cancels the changes without saving.
- A success message confirms that the customized dashboard has been updated successfully.
Note: Dashboard updates may take some time to reflect.
