Single Sign-On
Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) to allow users to access KREDO using their existing organizational credentials.
Single Sign-On (SSO) enables users to access the KREDO platform using their existing organizational credentials, providing a secure and seamless login experience.
Responsibility: Only the IT Team Admin is authorized to configure and manage SSO settings. This ensures proper integration with the organization's identity management system and compliance with security protocols.
Supported Authentication Protocols
KREDO supports the following industry-standard protocols for SSO:
- OpenID Connect (OIDC) v1.0
- SAML v2.0
The IT Team Admin selects the appropriate protocol based on the organization's Identity Provider (IdP) configuration.
SSO Authentication Flow
The SSO login process follows this general flow:
- The user attempts to sign in to KREDO.
- KREDO sends the authentication request to the organization's Identity Provider (IdP).
- The IdP authenticates the user's organizational credentials.
- The IdP sends the authentication response back to KREDO.
- KREDO validates the response and grants the user access to the platform.
Note: The exact configuration and authentication flow may vary depending on whether the organization uses OIDC or SAML.
