Reactivating Surveys

Reactivate closed surveys to allow learners to complete them in KREDO.

Reactivate a closed survey when learners need to complete the survey again.

Reactivate a Survey

In the Surveys list, hover over the three-dot menu under the ACTIONS column for the relevant survey.
Click Reactivate Survey.
The Please take a moment… confirmation window appears. Click Yes.
A success message is displayed, indicating that the survey status has been successfully updated.
The STATUS column for the survey now displays Active.
