Closing Surveys

Close existing surveys when they are no longer required or have passed their due date.

Close a Survey

1. In the Surveys list, hover over the three-dot menu under the ACTIONS column for the relevant survey.
2. Click Close Survey.
3. The Please take a moment… confirmation window appears. Click Yes.
4. A success message is displayed, indicating that the survey status has been successfully updated.
5. The STATUS column for the survey now displays Closed.
