AI Token Usage
The AI Token Usage feature allows Admins to monitor and track AI token consumption across the organization.
Note: The AI Token Usage feature is available only to Admins.
Access AI Token Usage
- From the Admin Dashboard, click the Profile icon.
- Select Usage.
The AI Credits & Token Usage page opens.
AI Credits & Token Usage
The AI Credits & Token Usage section provides an overview of the organization's AI usage.
The following information is available:
- Token Usage — Displays the total number of AI tokens used and allocated.
- Allocated Token & On Track — Displays the allocated tokens and indicates whether usage is within the allocated limit.
- Active AI Users — Displays the number of users who have used AI features.
- AI Activities — Displays the total number of AI activities performed during the selected period.
Usage by AI Activity
Use the AI Activity dropdown to view token consumption for a specific AI activity.
The available options include:
- All AI Activities
- AI Course
- AI Memory Booster
- AI Chatbot
- AI Assessment Reinforcement
- AI Question Bank by File
- Document Upload and Conversion to Embeddings
- Text to Audio
- Language Translation
- Others
Select an AI activity to view the token usage details for that activity.
Token Usage Trend
The Token Usage Trend section displays AI token consumption over the selected date range.
Use the trend to review changes in token usage over time.
Token Usage by AI Activity
The Token Usage by AI Activity section displays token consumption across different AI activities using a donut chart.
Each segment represents:
- The percentage of tokens consumed by the AI activity.
- The number of tokens consumed by the AI activity.
Select an AI activity to view its token usage details.
Token Usage by User
The Token Usage by User section displays AI usage details for individual users.
Admins can view:
- Name
- Email address
- Token usage
- Number of AI activities
- Usage percentage
- Last activity date and time
Select View this user's records to view detailed AI usage records for a specific user.
Token Usage Details
The Token Usage Details section provides detailed AI usage records for the selected date range.
The available information includes:
- User — Displays the user who performed the AI activity.
- AI Activity — Displays the AI feature used.
- Generated Content or Activity Name — Displays the content or activity associated with the AI usage.
- Tokens — Displays the number of tokens consumed.
- Date and Time — Displays when the AI activity occurred.
Filters and Export
Use the available options to manage and review AI token usage data.
Date Filter
Use the Date filter to view AI usage for the required period.
Filter
Use Filter to narrow down the displayed usage records based on the required criteria.
Refresh
Click Refresh to reload the usage data and view the latest information.
Export
Click Export to export the available AI token usage data for further analysis.
Pagination
Use the available pagination controls to navigate through additional usage records.
