Catalog Summary
The Catalog Summary provides an overview of courses available through catalogs such as O'Reilly, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, Go1, and OpenSesame. It provides insights into course availability, assignments, learner progress, and completion.
The Catalog Summary interface includes the following options:
- Catalog – Select a catalog to view its courses.
- Type – Select either General or Detailed view.

Catalog Summary - General
The General view provides course-level information and learner progress for the selected catalog.
Column Definitions
| Column | Definition |
|---|---|
| Name | Displays the title of the catalog course. |
| Authors | Displays the creators or contributors of the catalog content. |
| Duration | Displays the estimated time required to complete the course. |
| Average Time Spent | Displays the average time learners have spent on the course. |
| Assigned | Displays the total number of users assigned to the course. |
| Not Started | Displays the number of assigned users who have not started the course. |
| In Progress | Displays the number of users who have started but not completed the course. |
| Completed | Displays the number of users who have completed the course. |
| Actions | Provides additional options, such as viewing user details for the course. |
View User Details
To view the users assigned to a catalog course:
- Locate the required course in the report.
- Under the Actions column, click View More.
- The user details and relevant catalog course information are displayed.

User Details Column Definitions

| Name | Displays the full name of the user. |
| Displays the registered email address of the user. | |
| Assigned On | Displays the date on which the course was assigned to the user. |
| Completed | Indicates whether the user has completed the course. |
| Group | Displays the group associated with the user. |
| Status | Displays the current course progress, such as Not Started, In Progress, or Completed. |
| Time Spent | Displays the total time the user has spent on the course. |
Catalog Summary - Detailed
The Detailed view provides user-level information for courses available in the selected catalog.
