The Classroom Summary provides multiple views for analyzing classroom data. Each type presents information at a different level of detail.
General
The General view provides a high-level overview of classroom activities.
It includes:
- Classroom Name
- Date
- Assigned Users
- Joined Users Count
- Actions
The View More option provides additional details about the selected classroom.
Overall
The Overall view provides consolidated information about classroom participation.
It includes:
- Title
- Participant Name
- Email Address
- Groups
- Scheduled Date and Time
- Attendance Status
- Time Spent
- Participation Percentage
Detailed
The Detailed view provides an in-depth breakdown of classroom participation for each session or event.
It includes:
- Title
- Participant Name
- Email Address
- Groups
- Scheduled Date and Time
- Attendance Status
- Time Spent
- Participation Percentage
Participant
The Participant view focuses on individual learner information for each classroom.
It includes:
- Classroom Title
- Participant Name
- Email Address
- Associated Group
- Scheduled Date and Time
- Enrollment Status
The Enrollment Status may include statuses such as Enrolled and Pending for Approval.
