Filter Option in Custom Reports

The Filters option in Custom Reports allows you to refine report results based on specific criteria.

Filters

The AND/OR Filters allow you to refine the search results based on the Created On date.

Apply Filters

1. In Custom Reports, click Filters.
2. Select the required fields from the AND/OR dropdown.
3. Configure the filter conditions as required.
   • AND Filter – Displays results that meet all selected conditions.
     Example:
     If you select Created On = January 1, 2024 AND January 5, 2024, the filter displays reports that meet both selected date conditions.
   • OR Filter – Displays results that meet at least one of the selected conditions.
     Example:
     If you select Created On = January 1, 2024 OR January 5, 2024, the filter displays reports created on either date.
   • AND and OR Filters – Allows you to combine conditions to further refine the search.
     Example:
     Created On = January 1, 2024 OR January 5, 2024 AND Created On is before January 10, 2024
     This filter displays reports created on either January 1 or January 5, provided they meet the condition of being created before January 10, 2024.
4. Click Apply to display the filtered results.
