Filters

The AND/OR Filters allow admins to refine the user list based on multiple criteria. Filters can be applied to fields such as Role, City, Country, Joined, Gender, and other available fields.

Apply Filters

  1. Under the Users section, select Filters.
  2. Select the required fields from the AND/OR filter options.
  3. Select the appropriate values for the selected fields.
  4. Choose AND or OR based on the required filtering conditions.
  5. Select Apply.

AND Filter

The AND filter displays records that meet all selected conditions.

For example:

  • Role = Admin AND City = New York displays users who are both Admins and located in New York.
  • Gender = Female AND Country = Canada displays users who are both female and located in Canada.

OR Filter

The OR filter displays records that meet at least one of the selected conditions.

For example:

  • Role = Admin OR Role = Manager displays users who are either Admins or Managers.
  • City = London OR City = Paris displays users located in either London or Paris.

You can combine AND and OR filters to refine the results based on specific combinations of criteria.

For example, you can filter users who are Admins AND located in New York, or users who are from Canada OR Germany.

Tip: Apply the required filters before exporting the report.
