LEAP Summary
The LEAP Summary displays the number of LEAP courses assigned to learners and their completion status.
Note: The LEAP Summary Report is an add-on feature and is visible only when the required features are purchased and enabled.
The LEAP Summary interface consists of two sections:
- Bar Chart – Displays statistical information about assigned and completed LEAP courses.
- Courses – Displays detailed information about each LEAP course.

LEAP Summary - Courses
The Courses section provides course-level information for LEAP courses.
Column Definitions
| Column | Definition |
|---|---|
| Name | Displays the title of the LEAP course. |
| Category | Displays the main category of the LEAP course, such as Technology, Business, or Leadership. |
| Sub Category | Displays the specific classification of the course within its category. |
| Assigned | Displays the total number of users assigned to the LEAP course. |
| Completed | Displays the number of users who have completed the LEAP course. |
| Actions | Provides additional options, such as viewing learner details for the course. |
View Learner Details
To view the users assigned to a LEAP course:
- Locate the required course in the Courses section.
- Under the Actions column, click View More.
- The learner details and relevant LEAP course information are displayed.

Assigned Users
The Assigned Users section displays details of learners assigned to the selected LEAP course.
Column Definitions

| Name | Displays the full name of the learner. |
| Displays the registered email address of the learner. | |
| City | Displays the city where the learner is located. |
| Country | Displays the country where the learner is located. |
| Enrolled | Displays the date and time when the learner enrolled in the LEAP course. |
| Completed | Displays the date and time when the learner completed the LEAP course. |
| Time Spent | Displays the total time the learner spent on the LEAP course. |
| Certificate | Provides a preview of the learner's earned certificate. |
