Learning Path Summary

Learn how to view learning path progress, asset completion, filters, detailed user activity, and export options in the Learning Path Summary report.

The Learning Path Summary provides an overview of user progress within a selected learning path.

Summary Overview

The Learning Path Summary displays course progress using the following metrics:

Learning Assets – Total number of learning assets associated with the learning path.
Assigned Users – Number of users assigned to the learning path.
Completion Level – Percentage of assigned users who have completed the learning path.

The admin can filter the Learning Path Summary by selecting the required Learning Path, Type, and Includes options.

Column	Definition
Name	Displays the name of the learning path.
Author	Displays the creator of the learning path.
Learning Assets	Shows the total number of learning assets associated with the learning path.
Assigned Users	Shows the total number of users assigned to the learning path.
Completed Users	Shows the number of users who have completed the learning path.
Completion Level	Shows the percentage of assigned users who have completed the learning path.
Actions	Provides options to view detailed learning path progress and user activity.

To view detailed information for a learning path:

The Learning Path Assets Summary displays the assets associated with the selected learning path.

The Learning Path Assets Summary provides details about the learning assets included in the selected learning path.

Column	Definition
Name	Displays the name of the learning path asset.
Completed	Shows the total number of users who have completed the learning asset.
Type	Displays the type of learning asset, such as Resource, Course, MOOC, Classroom, or Assignment.
Actions	Provides options to view detailed asset progress and user learning activity.

Select View More for a learning asset to view detailed information about users assigned to that asset.
