Learning Path Asset View More Filters

The Learning Path Asset View More report allows admins to apply filters and export the report.

The available options are:

• Filters
• Export

Filters

The Filters option allows admins to refine the Learning Path Asset View More results using multiple criteria.

The AND/OR filters can be applied to fields such as:

• Reporting Manager
• Suspension Type
• Job Title
• Other available fields

Apply Filters

1. Click Filters.
2. Select the required fields from the AND/OR filter options.
3. Specify the required values or conditions.
4. Click Apply to display the filtered results.

AND Filter

The AND filter displays only records that meet all selected conditions.

Example: If you select Reporting Manager: John Doe AND Job Title: Senior Engineer, the results include only records where both conditions are met.

OR Filter

The OR filter displays records that meet at least one of the selected conditions.

Example: If you select Suspension Type: Temporary OR Permanent, the results include records with either suspension type.

You can also combine AND and OR conditions to further refine the results.

Example: If you select Job Title: Manager OR Engineer AND Suspension Type: Temporary, the results include records where the job title is either Manager or Engineer and the suspension type is Temporary.

Export

The Export option allows admins to download the Learning Path Asset View More report in .XLSX format.

Download a Report

1. Click Export.
2. In the Download Reports pop-up window, click Download New Report.
3. Enter the required File Name.
4. To include suspended users in the report, select Include Suspended Users.
5. Click Download.
6. The generated report appears in the list of available reports.
7. Click the Export icon to download the report.
8. The report is downloaded in .XLSX format.

Delete a Report

1. Click the Bin icon for the report you want to delete.
2. In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes to delete the report.
3. A success message confirms that the report has been deleted successfully.
