KREDO AI

KREDO AI is an AI-powered feature that enhances the learning experience by providing learners with information based on organization-specific content uploaded by the Admin.

Note: KREDO AI is available only to customers who have opted for this add-on. Additional commercial costs apply.

Accessing KREDO AI

1. From the Learner Dashboard, select KREDO AI.
2. The KREDO AI Assistant chat window opens.

Note: KREDO AI responds only to prompts related to the documents uploaded by the Admin through the AI Trainer Hub. It does not retrieve information from the web.

Interacting with KREDO AI

The Admin uploads relevant topic content to the AI Trainer Hub. Learners can access this information by entering prompts in the KREDO AI Assistant chat window.

Entering a Prompt

1. Enter your question or prompt in the chat window.
2. Click Send to submit the prompt.
3. KREDO AI generates a response based on the content uploaded by the Admin.

Using Voice Input

1. Click the Microphone icon in the chat window.
2. Speak your prompt clearly. The spoken input is automatically converted to text.
3. Click Send to submit the converted prompt.
4. KREDO AI provides a response based on the available content.

Providing Feedback

• Like: Select the Like option to indicate that a response is useful or relevant.
• Voice Over: Enable the Voice Over option to listen to the response read aloud.

Window Controls

The KREDO AI Assistant provides the following window controls:

• Minimize: Reduces the chat window.
• Maximize: Expands the chat window to full screen.
• Close: Closes the chat window and ends the current session.

Chat History

The Chat History section displays previous conversations for easy access and reference. It includes chat titles and the latest activity, allowing learners to revisit earlier conversations.

Important Note

KREDO AI provides responses based on organization-specific content uploaded by the Admin. This helps learners access relevant learning information within a controlled environment.
