Filter Options in Nominate Classroom Section

The AND/OR Filters help refine the list of learners available in the Nominate Classroom section. You can filter learners using criteria such as First Name, Suspended, Role, Job Role, Job Level, and Group.

Applying Filters

1. Open the Nominate Classroom section.
2. Click Filters to open the filter options.
3. Select the fields and conditions you want to use from the AND/OR filter options.
4. Choose the appropriate filter logic to refine the results.
5. Click Apply to display the matching learners.

Understanding AND/OR Filters

AND Filter

The AND filter displays only learners who meet all the selected conditions.

Example: Job Role = Manager AND Group = Sales

The results include learners whose job role is Manager and who belong to the Sales group.

OR Filter

The OR filter displays learners who meet at least one of the selected conditions.

Example: Role = Trainer OR Job Level = Senior

The results include learners who are Trainers, learners at the Senior job level, or learners who meet both conditions.

Combining AND and OR Filters

You can combine AND and OR conditions to refine the search further.

Example: (Job Role = Manager OR Job Role = Trainer) AND Group = Sales

The results include learners who are either Managers or Trainers and who belong to the Sales group.
