OJT Evaluation

Review - OJT Evaluation Forms

The OJT Evaluation feature allows learners to review their assigned On-the-Job Training (OJT) evaluation forms, complete evaluations, and view submitted forms.

Access OJT Evaluation

1. From the Dashboard, open Menu.
2. Select OJT Evaluation.
3. The Review OJT - Evaluation Forms page displays the available evaluation forms.

Review Evaluation Forms

The page includes a Search field to help you find a specific evaluation form.

The evaluation forms table displays the following information:

• Learner Name: Displays the name of the learner associated with the evaluation form.
• Form Name: Displays the name of the OJT evaluation form.
• Description: Provides details about the evaluation form and the activities or skills being assessed.

Evaluate an OJT Form

1. Locate the required evaluation form in the table.
2. Review the learner's details and the evaluation form information.
3. Click Evaluate to open and complete the evaluation.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to assess the learner's performance and submit the evaluation.

View Submitted Evaluations

Click Submitted to access evaluation forms that have already been submitted.
