Achievements
The Achievements section allows learners to view and celebrate their learning milestones by accessing earned badges and certificates.
View and Share Badges
- Open Achievements to access the My Achievements page. The My Badges section is displayed by default.
- To share a badge, hover over the sharing icon in the top-right corner of the badge.
- Select the required social media platform: Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter.
Badges are awarded based on the points earned through various learning activities. For more information, see Leaderboard.
View and Manage Certificates
- On the My Achievements page, select My Certificates to view your earned certificates.
- Use the available actions for a certificate:
- Share: Share the certificate on supported social media platforms.
- Preview: Click the eye icon to preview the certificate.
- Download PNG: Download the certificate as a PNG image.
- Download PDF: Download the certificate as a PDF file.
Upload an External Certificate
You can upload certificates earned outside KREDO for validation.
- Click Upload External Certificate.
- Enter the required certificate details:
- Program Name: Name of the course or certification program.
- Issuer / Organization: Name of the issuing institution or organization.
- Completion Date: Date the program or course was completed.
- Expiry Date: Expiry date, if applicable.
- Click Choose File and select the certificate from your device. Supported formats are
.png,.jpg,.jpeg, and.pdf. - Complete the required fields and submit the form.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. A success message confirms that the certificate has been uploaded.
External Certificate Approval
After submission, a validation request is sent to the learner's Group Manager, Reporting Manager, and Admin.
The certificate appears in the certificate list with the External status. Until it is reviewed, its approval status is shown as Approval Pending.
The approval statuses are:
- Approval Pending: The certificate is awaiting review.
- Approved: The certificate has been validated and approved.
- Rejected: The certificate has been reviewed and rejected, for example, because of incorrect details or invalid documentation.
Manage Uploaded External Certificates
External certificates provide the following actions:
- Preview: View the certificate.
- Download: Download the certificate as a PNG image.
- Delete: Remove the external certificate from your profile.
Note: Only external certificates can be deleted. Certificates issued by KREDO cannot be removed.
Once an external certificate is approved, you can share it on supported social media platforms to showcase your verified achievement.
