Duplicating a Learning Path

You can duplicate an existing Learning Path, including a draft, published, or completed Learning Path, when you need to create a similar Learning Path with minor changes.

Duplicate a Learning Path

1. From the Learning Paths page, locate the Learning Path you want to duplicate.
2. Select the three dots (⋮) on the Learning Path tile.
3. Select Duplicate.
4. In the Please Take a Moment… confirmation window, select Yes.
5. A new Learning Path is created with Copy of prefixed to the original name.
6. The duplicated Learning Path appears in Draft status.

Configure the Duplicated Learning Path

1. Select the three dots (⋮) on the duplicated Learning Path.
2. Select General.
3. Set up the Learning Path details as required.

Note: The learning assets from the original Learning Path are retained in the duplicate. However, users must be assigned to the duplicated Learning Path separately.
