Manage Requests
Learn about the request types Managers can review and approve or reject in KREDO.
The Manage Requests feature allows Managers to review learner requests and approve or reject them across the following sections:
- Skill Assets Enroll – Review requests to enroll in skill assets.
- Skill Rating – Review and approve or reject skill rating requests submitted by learners. This section also provides visibility into reportees' proficiency across selected skills.
- Classroom Enroll – Review requests to enroll in classroom training sessions.
- Trainer – Review learner requests to become trainers.
Accessing Manage Requests
The steps to manage requests are the same for Admins, Managers, and Authors. For detailed instructions, refer to the Admin Manage Requests guide.
