LEAP

LEAP (Learning Empowered by Agile Pathways) offers courses from various sources at different levels: Introductory, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Some courses include eligibility criteria and indicative costs.

Admins and Managers assign relevant courses based on business requirements. All courses are visible to users who have access to the LEAP section.

Users can access LEAP courses through the Dashboard or Content Hub under Menu.

Accessing LEAP Courses

Via Dashboard

1. From the dashboard, select the relevant LEAP course tile.
2. Review the confirmation pop-up.
3. Click Yes to begin the course.

Via Content Hub

1. Open Menu and select Content Hub.
2. Select the LEAP section to view the available courses.
3. Use the available filters to find courses.

Status Filters

Use Status Filters to filter courses by status. The results display courses based on the selected status, such as Completed or Enrolled.

Category Filters

Use Category Filters to narrow the course list by category. Categories are defined when the LEAP course is created.

Enrolling in a Course

1. In the LEAP section, select the relevant course tile.
2. Review the confirmation pop-up and click Yes to enroll.
3. The course status changes to Enrolled, and the Mark as Completed option becomes available.

Marking a Course as Completed

After completing the course externally:

1. Click Mark as Completed.
2. Click Choose File and upload the certificate you received for completing the course.
3. Click Submit to upload the certificate.
4. A success message confirms that the course has been marked as completed.
5. The course status changes to Completed.
