Rewards
The Rewards section allows Managers to create and manage rewards, approve or reject redemption requests, and redeem rewards using their accumulated points. It helps recognize achievements and encourage learning activities across the team.
Accessing Rewards
- From the dashboard, open Menu.
- Select Rewards to open the Rewards page.
Reward Lists
Reward Lists displays the rewards created by you as a Manager. These rewards can be assigned to team members based on points earned through activities such as:
- Completing courses
- Enrolling in open courses
- Liking discussions
- Participating in surveys
You can create different rewards and configure the points required for each reward.
The steps to create and manage rewards are the same for Admins, Managers, and Authors. For detailed instructions, refer to the Admin Rewards guide.
Redeem Status
Redeem Status displays requests submitted by users to redeem rewards using their accumulated points. Managers can review these requests and approve or reject them.
Redeem Rewards
Redeem Rewards displays the rewards available for redemption using your accumulated points. You can also view your:
- Available Points
- Redeemed Points
