WhatsApp Integration Notifications help keep learners informed about learning activities assigned to them. These notifications are sent through WhatsApp to provide timely updates about assigned learning assets and Memory Boosters.

Note: WhatsApp Integration is available as an add-on and may incur additional commercial costs.

WhatsApp notifications are sent from the backend using predefined templates. These templates cannot be customized.

WhatsApp Notification Types

Learners receive WhatsApp notifications for the following actions:

• Assigning Memory Boosters – Notifies learners when a Memory Booster is assigned to them.
• Assigning Learning Assets – Notifies learners when new learning assets are assigned to them.

Notification Templates

WhatsApp notifications use predefined message templates that are aligned with KREDO workflows. The messages are designed to provide learners with clear and actionable information about their assigned learning activities.
