Group Summary Report - Learning Summary Calculation

Understand how KREDO identifies the leading learner and calculates total points earned by learners within a group.

Leading Learner Calculation

The Leading Learner is the learner who has earned the highest total points in a group. The total points are calculated from completed courses, with each course contributing its assigned points.

Formula

Total Points Earned = Sum of Points from All Completed Courses

The learner with the highest total points is identified as the leading learner.

Example

LearnerGroupCompleted CoursesPoints per CourseTotal Points Earned
Learner AGroup Y3Course 1 = 50, Course 2 = 30, Course 3 = 20100
Learner BGroup Y2Course 1 = 40, Course 2 = 3575

Calculation:

  • Learner A: 50 + 30 + 20 = 100 points
  • Learner B: 40 + 35 = 75 points

Since Learner A has the highest total points, Learner A is identified as the Leading Learner.

Total Points Earned by a Learner in a Group

The total points earned by a learner in a specific group are calculated by adding the points earned from all completed courses in that group.

Formula

Total Earned Points = Sum of Points Earned from All Completed Courses in the Group

Example

LearnerGroupCompleted CoursesPoints per CourseTotal Points Earned
Learner AGroup Y4Course 1 = 60, Course 2 = 50, Course 3 = 40, Course 4 = 30180
Learner BGroup Y3Course 1 = 70, Course 2 = 60, Course 3 = 40170

Calculation:

  • Learner A: 60 + 50 + 40 + 30 = 180 points
  • Learner B: 70 + 60 + 40 = 170 points

In Group Y, Learner A has earned 180 points, while Learner B has earned 170 points.
