Learning Path Asset View More Filters

Use filters to refine the results in the Learning Path Asset View More report. You can also export the report and manage downloaded reports.

Filters

The AND/OR Filters option lets you refine search results using multiple criteria, such as Reporting Manager, Suspension Type, and Job Title.

1. Open the Learning Path Asset View More report and select Filters.
2. Select the required fields from the AND/OR dropdown.
3. Choose the conditions and values you want to apply.

The filters work as follows:

• AND: Displays records that meet all selected conditions.
  Example: Reporting Manager: John Doe AND Job Title: Senior Engineer displays records that match both conditions.
• OR: Displays records that meet at least one selected condition.
  Example: Suspension Type: Temporary OR Permanent displays records matching either suspension type.
• Combined AND/OR filters: Lets you combine conditions to narrow your results.
  Example: Job Title: Manager OR Engineer AND Suspension Type: Temporary applies the selected job-title and suspension-type conditions.

4. Select Apply to display the filtered results.

Export

You can export the Learning Path Asset View More report in Excel format.

Download a Report

1. Select Export.
2. In the Download Reports window, select Download New Report.
3. Enter the report details, including the file name.
4. Select Include Suspended Users if you want to include suspended users in the report.
5. Select Download to generate the report.
6. When the report is ready, locate it in the reports list and select the Export icon to download it.

The report is downloaded in .XLSX format.

Delete a Report

1. Locate the report you want to delete in the reports list.
2. Select the Delete (bin) icon.
3. In the confirmation pop-up, select Yes.
4. A success message confirms that the report has been deleted.
