Learning Path Summary
The Learning Path Summary report provides insights into user progress within a selected learning path. It displays learning assets, assigned users, completion levels, and detailed information about individual learning path assets.
Learning Path Summary Overview
The interface contains the following sections:
- Bar Chart: Displays a color-coded representation of learning path data, including Learning Assets, Assigned Users, and Completion Level.
- List of Learning Paths: Provides a drop-down list of assigned learning paths.

Learning Path Summary Column Definitions
The Learning Path Summary table provides the following information:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Title of the learning path. |
| Author | Name of the learning path creator. |
| Learning Assets | Total number of learning assets associated with the learning path. |
| Assigned Users | Total number of users assigned to the learning path. |
| Completed Users | Number of users who have completed the learning path. |
| Completion Level | Percentage of assigned users who have completed the learning path. |
| Actions | Options for viewing detailed learning path progress and user learning activity. |
To view details for a specific learning path:
- Locate the required learning path in the summary table.
- Scroll down to the relevant row.
- Click View More under the Actions column.
- Review the learning path summary and its associated assets.

Learning Path Asset Summary
The Learning Path Asset Summary displays information about the learning assets associated with a selected learning path.
Learning Path Asset Summary Column Definitions
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Name of the learning path asset. |
| Completed | Number of users who have completed the learning asset. |
| Type | Type of learning asset, such as Resource, Course, MOOC, Classroom, or Assignment. |
| Actions | Options for viewing detailed learning asset progress and user learning activity. |
To view details for a specific learning asset:
- Open the required learning path using View More.
- Locate the learning asset in the Learning Path Asset Summary.
- Select View More under the Actions column for that asset.
- Review the detailed asset information.
Learning Path Asset Summary: View More
The View More section provides detailed information about the selected learning path asset and the learners associated with it.
Column Definitions
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Full name of the user. |
| Description | Description of the learning path asset. |
| Assigned Date | Date and time when the learning path asset was assigned. |
| Completed Date | Date and time when the learning path asset was completed. |
| Feedback | Feedback associated with the assigned learning path asset. |
| Points | Points earned by the learner upon completing the learning path asset. |
| Evaluated | Indicates whether the evaluation has been completed (Yes/No). |
