Admin Ticket

You can raise a ticket for any issue or problem you face. To raise a ticket, follow the steps given below:

  • Click Support from the drop-down of Profile Menu.
  • Click Raise a Ticket.

  • Enter Subject.
  • Select Priority ( Urgent, High, Medium, or Low).
  • Add Description.
  • Click Add.

Admin can forward a ticket to the Super Admin if required. To forward a ticket, Admin must follow the steps given below:

  • Select the ticket.
  • Click on the vertical ellipse.
  • Click on Forward.

Note: If the ticket has already been forwarded, you will see the Forwarded option instead of Forward.

Admin can also Delete a ticket by following the steps given below:

  • Select the ticket.
  • Click on the vertical ellipse.
  • Click on Delete.

Admin can click on View more to view the entire Ticket and the respective comments on it.
