Can I get a sample course?

Yes! of course! offer a variety of free Sample Courses*,* which you can import into your account. 

What is the process to update the course on KREDO and get it automatically sent to Learners?

The process is very simple! You can update the content at any time and content will be automatically  updated for your learners.

Can I download SCORM package?

Yes! You can download SCORM package in the following steps:

  • Go to Course.
  • Under Course, click on the Vertical Ellipsis and select Publish.
  • Select the SCORM Version (Version 1.2 or Version 2004) from the drop-down list.
  • Download the .zip file to upload to your LMS by clicking on Download.

Can I get templates specific to Knowledge Check?

Yes! of course! you can get different templates with multiple designs.

While you add your topic, you will get Choose Template pop-up with multiple templates. Click on Knowledge Check to filter templates and select the appropriate one as per your need.

How do I use KREDO?

Log in to KREDO, using the below link:

  • Enter User Name.
  • Enter Password.

Click on Forgot Password, to reset your password. You will receive a verification mail.

Click on the Link in the mail and update New Password.

When will the learner receive Notification?

Learners will receive a notification based on the following events:

  • Courses Assigned
  • Courses Completion
  • Badges Earned
  • Certificates Earned

How to reset my password?

You can click on Profile Menu and select Profile from the drop-down list. You must enter the Current Password and then update New Password and click on Update.

How will I view my reports?

Learners can click on Reports to view the Competency Summary. Once Learner clicks on view more, he/she can view individual Course Reports.
