Raise a ticket
In order to raise a ticket for any issue or problem you face, follow the steps given below:
- Click Support from the drop-down of Profile Menu.
- Click Raise a Ticket.
- Enter Subject.
- Select Priority ( Urgent, High, Medium, or Low).
- Add Description.
- Click Add.
You can also Delete a Ticket using the following steps:
- Select the Ticket.
- Click on the Delete icon.
